  • Absolutely! We love creating menus that reflect your vision, preferences, and budget. Our chef can tailor dishes to match specific themes, cuisines, or dietary needs. We’ll work closely with you to design a menu that’s both delicious and personalized.

  • Yes. We accommodate all dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and other allergies or restrictions. Please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure all guests are well taken care of.

  • Yes, we provide professional service staff including servers, bartenders, and chefs (as required). Our team ensures every detail—from setup to cleanup—is handled with care and professionalism.

  • We do! Aragon Catering offers a full range of bar services including wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. We can also help you design a custom cocktail list or pair beverages with your menu.

  • Each package varies based on the event type, but generally includes menu planning, preparation, delivery, setup, service staff (if applicable), and cleanup. Rentals, bar service, and décor can be added as needed.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible—especially for weddings or peak-season events. Ideally, at least 3–6 months in advance. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if availability allows.

  • Yes, we offer private tastings for weddings and large-scale events. This is a wonderful opportunity to sample menu items, explore different pairings, and finalize your selections with confidence. A tasting fee applies and will be credited toward your final invoice upon booking.

  • We proudly serve Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Thornbury, Meaford and surrounding areas. For events outside our usual range, travel fees may apply.

  • Yes, we can coordinate rentals through our trusted partners or work with your chosen rental company. We’ll ensure everything—from cutlery to glassware—matches your event style.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to your event date. All payment terms will be clearly outlined in your proposal and contract. We accept e-transfers, credit cards, and cheques. Please note that a 2.4% service fee applies to all credit card payments.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply depending on the notice period. Full details are included in our catering agreement.

  • Yes! While our primary focus is food and service, we often assist with event planning details and can connect you with trusted vendors for décor, florals, music, and more.

  • Yes. We specialize in off-site catering at private homes, outdoor venues, and unique event spaces. We can adapt to a variety of kitchen setups and bring everything necessary to execute your event flawlessly
